KingFisher- Blue Nightmare
Fish love purple! On cloudy days or evening fishing, the Purple Nightmare is my fav color. Great movement, silhouette, and durability. Also works for a multitude of species including Peacock Bass, Golden Dorado, Pacu, Matrinxa, Payarien, etc
Think BIGGER with the KingFisher! At 7.5 inches this is NOT made for Florida fish…but for true trophy jungle Peacocks and Golden Dorado! With an extra long tail, the KingFisher moves and darts incredibly well while still providing a very large profile to entice that epic jungle predator.
Tied with a #6/0 Kona Big Game Hunter hook. At 7.5 inch long fly but the tail is easily trimmed if you want to shorten 1-2 inches.
